The handle, for example, is made up of three different layers of wood, giving it its unmistakable character. The two outer layers are made of elegant black-grey Teknowood, an ultra-modern material made of several layers of wood. In contrast, the handle is made of beautiful, sturdy Amazoque, a tropical wood that is particularly appealing because of its warm colours. The limbs in sandwich construction are based on a core of bamboo wood on which highly stable, black glass laminate lies and whose surface shines silk matt. All this together makes the JACKALOPE Take Down bows fast, forgiving and very quiet.

Particularly striking about the Amber Refined Take Down is the unusual shape of the handle, which looks very modern in its design and reminds of waves. The grip area is especially strongly formed here and moves slightly forward in comparison to "normal" handle.
