Calculation of shipping costs in the order process
All shipping costs are indicated automatically at the order process so you can always check them. The shipping cost calculation is only available if you already put something in your shopping cart.
Please note the individual import and customs regulations for countries outside the European Union.
The information on the customs declaration is used by customs to determine the (country-specific) customs duties and import sales taxes that are collected from the recipient. In some cases, customs clearance- or customs fees are also charged.
Coupons can be sent either by email in PDF format or by letter in printed form.
