ELONG Stretch Band - training device

The ELONG Stretch Band is a practical training device that is particularly suitable for beginners in archery. It supports the archer in building up and training the shoulder muscles that are important for archery and helps to stabilize the bow shoulder.

Training with the stretch band has a beneficial effect on posture and technique and, with regular use, improves the draw, accuracy and consistency of the shot. A daily 10-minute training session is enough to see progress.

The length of the ELONG Stretch Band can be adjusted to suit the individual user.
