The handle of the JACKALOPE Tourmaline range is a sophisticated combination of naturally grown Amazaque wood and state-of-the-art Teknowood. The African Amazaque, with its distinct and very decorative grain, gives the handle a natural, warm appearance. In contrast, the innovative Teknowood, in which several layers of wood are combined with epoxy resin to form a highly stable material, which minimises shocks and promises high stability. The different layers of wood enable a completely new, inimitably colourful design of the handle and provide an absolutely unique look in warm brown tones and noble grey and green tones.
JACKALOPE paid special attention to the support of the limbs of the Tourmaline grip. While traditional wood handles usually only have the possibility to use special screw in limbs, things are different here: The Tourmaline is equipped with the ILF connector system. ILF stands for the "International Limb Fitting" system, which is a standardized mounting system in which the limbs are not screwed to the handle but simply plugged in. With this system, you have full flexibility in choosing your limbs and are not limited to one brand.
