With the BOHNING Pro Class you can fletch your arrows easily and in no time. The bracket for example has substantially larger handles and a magnet, which aligns the arrow. Furthermore, the vanes can be placed entirely where you want them to be or you can use the integrated adjustment mechanism. And the best thing: All of that can be done with a nock in the arrow, since the Pro Class is equipped with a special nock holder, which can also hold and fletch arrows with nocks.

Customers tested various fletching devices for us - here is a test report on the BOHNING Pro Class Fetching Jig:
1. first impression
The packaging is functional and offers adequate transport protection. At first glance, the BOHNING Pro Class Fletching Jig can be viewed from all sides.

2. unpacking and setting up
To set up the BOHNING Pro Class for the first time, it must first be adjusted for the desired number of springs. The adjusting wheels for the various settings are included. Although the device is made of plastic, it makes a very robust impression.

3. available accessories
The enclosed adjusting wheels allow the device to be converted to double, triple or quadruple fletching. A suitable Allen key was missing (packaging error?) The instructions for use are detailed, but only available on the packaging and only in English and French, which makes assembly unnecessarily difficult for a beginner.

4. First use
Once the device has been assembled, the magnetic holder for the clamp must first be aligned. Laymen can easily overlook this and an incorrect setting can lead to problems with the alignment of the springs at the beginning. Once the BOHNING Pro Class fletching device has been set up and adjusted, work can begin. The first impression leads the user to assume that the device requires a base plate for stabilisation.
However, the BOHNING Pro Class stands firmly on the ground even without aids.
When inserting the first springs into the clamp, you realise that the grip pieces of the clamp are very wide. People with small hands will find it difficult to open the clamp.
Although the clip itself closes tightly around the inserted spring, the spring can be moved back and forth when the clip is closed, which can cause the springs to slip. This seems to be a problem with all plastic clamps from different manufacturers, which even
Bohning has not got to grips with.

5. summary
The BOHNING Pro Class Fletching Jig is a solidly made product that can be used flexibly for different fletchings thanks to the adjusting wheels supplied. A German instruction manual would be desirable, but is not necessary due to the good illustration of the
English/French version is not absolutely necessary.
The price of €54.99 places the BOHNING Pro Class Fletching Jig in a class that demands more precision.
